What’s included in a luxury picnic experience?
Each picnic includes a fully styled setup with a table, linens, cushions, tableware, candles, rugs, floral arrangements, charcuterie board, water, music playlist, and full setup/cleanup service.How long are your experiences?
Each experience is 2 hours long.Can I extend my time?
Yes. Additional time is available for $75 per hour. It’s best to request this at booking, but same-day extensions may be possible if availability allows.How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance. Bookings made less than 5 days before your experience will require full payment at time of booking plus a fee of $100.Is a deposit required?
Yes. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event.What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance
• Payments are non-refundable once received
• Weather-related rescheduling is allowed once, then a $50 fee appliesWhat happens if it rains?
We will work with you to reschedule based on availability due to inclement weather. Weather rescheduling is permitted only once, after which there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. However, once the event has started, weather-related changes cannot be rescheduled or refunded.What time should we arrive?
Please arrive on time.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your booking may be canceled without refund, and your end time will not be extended.Do I need to stay until the end?
Yes. Please remain until we return for cleanup. If you need to leave early, give at least 20 minutes notice.Where can I have my experience?
We service many outdoor locations in the Charleston area, including parks, beaches, private homes, anchored boats, and docks.Do you travel outside Charleston?
• Travel within 40 miles is free
• Beyond that: $5 per mile (round trip)
• Locations over 75 miles may not be acceptedCan I bring my own food?
No, bringing your own food is typically not allowed. We use vendors for food and cannot guarantee allergen-free items. so please notify us of allergies in advance. Any food that is leftover from your experience is yours to take with you when you depart.What if there is a guest with a food allergy?
Please notify us at the time of booking of any food allergies and we will happily accommodate you.Can I bring a celebration cake?
We work with selected and trusted local bakeries and can assist you with procuring a cake for your experience. If you have a preferred vendor and would like to bring your own cake, a $50 fee will be added to your total.Can we have alcohol at the picnic?
Alcohol rules depend on the location. Many public areas require permits. Several public Charleston locations prohibit alcoholic beverage service. You are responsible for following local laws and regulations. If you are holding your experience at a private location, alcohol is permitted.Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. We have procured a list of select wines and champagnes for you to choose. If you have a specific brand that is not offered, please let us know and we will do our best to have it available. If you are caught bringing your own alcohol to the experience, you will automatically be charged a fee of $100 and risk penalties installed by the local law enforcement.Who is responsible for damages?
Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items, including replacement costs.What happens if something is unsafe?
If a location becomes unsafe (due to weather, violence, threats, etc.), we reserve the right to stop the experience immediately, with or without guest approval, for safety reasons. We reserve the right to contact law enforcement if necessary.Do you take photos during the event?
Yes. We may photograph setups for marketing and promotional use. We will not photograph during your experience, unless given permission. We can arrange a professional photographer to capture the moments of your experience or will be happy to coordinate with your photographer. A $50 fee will be added to your balance for any photographers that are not on our preferred vendor list.Can I take my own pictures?
Yes, you are free to take your own pictures.Can I bring my own music and/or sound system?
No. We have designed several different playlists and have a sound system that has been tested in order to avoid delays and malfunctions. However, if you have a specific set of songs you would like, or a certain artist, please let us know and we will be sure to incorporate your wishes into your music enhancement experience.Are there restrooms available?
Maybe. Most beaches and parks do not have public restrooms. Therefore, we recommend using the facilities before your experience begins. We will, however, provide you with the location of the nearest facility.Can I take the flowers?
Yes and no. Please feel free to keep any of the fresh floral arrangements you have purchased as an enhancement. We will provide wrapping. However, any arrangement, vase, urn, holder, etc. is not to be taken. Just the fresh flowers, please. If there is any confusion, your host will be happy to show you what you can keep.Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

This enhancement includes 1 low floral arrangement (6 - 10 inches wide), seasonal blooms (such as garden roses, spray roses, lisianthus, ranunculus, and locally sourced blooms), Italian ruscus, eucalyptus, and olive branches. It is coordinated with the linen color palette and designed to complement the table.
